Function Serves as advisor on all chapter rules, bylaws, protocol, and general matters to the Chapter Committee, Organizers, Leaders and the General Body Chapter Members.  Advises the VPC of any chapter matters that may need to be given special attention.  If necessary will work with chapters to facilitate a solution.  In the official absence of the VPC will serve as the Chair for the Chapter's Committee.
