HAL5 Project HALO Suitcase Hybrid Rocket

This is HAL5 version of hybrid suitcase rocket (demonstration purposes only. Low thrust) originally design by Orion Propulsion. The rocket has been demonstrated to tbe public a few times. Pictures and video forth coming in late fall 2011.
