HAL5 offers a $5 rebate to any HAL5 member who recruits a new member to the National Space Society. This includes yourself if you are not yet an NSS member. For information on the benefits of being an NSS member, please see the NSS Membership Web Site.
As of a member of the Huntsville Alabama L5 Society chapter of the National Space Society, you will receive the following benefits:
HAL5 supports two membership categories: Normal and Special. Normal members, with annual dues of $16, are working individuals between the ages of 22 and 64. Special members, with annual dues of $8, are everyone else, including students under 22 years old, senior citizens (65 and over), retirees over 55 years old, and the unemployed.
Membership dues are pro-rated so that all memberships expire at the end of the year. Pay the following amount based on the month you send in your check:
Month \ Membership Type: Normal Special ----------------------------- ------- ------- January, February, March: $ 16.00 $ 8.00 April, May, June: $ 12.00 $ 6.00 July, August, September: $ 8.00 $ 4.00 October, November, December: $ 4.00 $ 2.00
