The conference will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, located in the Huntsville International Airport. The hotel is alongside the Airport terminal, thus no ground transportation is required. In fact, you walk past the hotel entrance going between the ticketing/baggage area and the airplane concourse.

Conference attendees can obtain a special rate of just $69 per night by mentioning "space conference" or "National Space Society" when you make your hotel reservation.

The special rate guarantee expires on October 30, so don't wait too long! After this day, the hotel will release the room-block, but will continue to honor the special rate as long as rooms are available.

The next closest hotel/motel is the Hampton Inn, 2.3 miles to the north on the main highway (Madison Boulevard), and their lowest "best available" rate is $70 per night, per their Web site.

About the Airport Sheraton Hotel

Guest room accommodations include free high speed internet (via Ethernet cable).
